Here I am, at last

Sorry it has taken so long for me to write. The Internet has been having problems down here, and things have been a little hectic. Well people I have been down here 6 days, and I must say things are not as bad as I feared they would be. I have been down the Falklands before, but to remote mountain sites, now I am at MPA which is the main place. The place has changed for the better, with better facilities and plently to do. There is even a ten-pin bowling alley down here now, but still no McDonalds or an Indian 
I am slowly getting into the swing of things at work, just a few more days and I should be on top of things. Had a shoot this morning, and now waiting for 1545 when I start nights. Tonight is a one off as I will be orderly dog!
My normal shift pattern is 3 days, 3 nights, then 3 off but you could get stiffed for extra duties on those days off.
